A mid-century West German art pottery vase manufactured by Scheurich. The vessel features a bulbous ovoid body with a waisted neck and a flared rim. It is finished in a textured, mottled glaze in tones of cream and earthy brown. The underside is finished in a dark brown glaze and is incised with the markings W. GERMANY and the model number 299-22, indicating a height of 22cm.
