A professionally framed commemorative presentation comprising various items of The Beatles memorabilia, primarily focused on their performances at the Winter Gardens, Margate, in July 1963. The collection is housed in a modern grey-wash wooden frame with a textured mount. At the centre is a UK Parlophone Stereo pressing of the LP With The Beatles, bearing the catalogue number PCS 3042 on the yellow and black label.
The collage includes a paper strip from a theatre programme titled THE BEATLES Winter Gardens Margate Programme Sixpence, which bears the signatures of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr in ink. Adjacent is an original concert ticket stub for the Winter Gardens Margate, dated MON. JULY 8th 1963, with a price of 8/6. A fragment of a billing flyer or poster is also included, listing the band as headliners above Billy J. Kramer with The Dakotas, and The Lana Sisters.
Additional ephemera consists of a printed letter on The Official Beatles Fan Club letterhead, which contains facsimile signatures of the band members. The display is further illustrated with three black and white promotional photographs of the band from the early 1960s. Visible markings include the printed text THE BEATLES, WINTER GARDENS MARGATE, and BILLY J. KRAMER on the various paper elements.
