A mid-century modern teak-veneered corner cabinet from the Fresco range by G-Plan. The unit is designed in a two-part stacking construction. The upper section features two open shelves, each with a distinctive concave curved front edge. The lower base section contains a single cupboard compartment accessible via a curved door with a vertical wooden pull handle, all set upon a plinth base. The interior of the cupboard door retains a partial G-Plan red and white paper label, showing a large white letter G and the letters PLA. The piece is constructed with teak veneers over a composite core, characteristic of British furniture design from the late 1960s to early 1970s.
