A classical style decorative sculpture of a horse head, modelled after the Horse of Selene from the Parthenon Marbles. The piece is cast from an off-white bonded marble or mineral composition with a matt finish. The head features expressive anatomical details such as flared nostrils, an open mouth, and a deeply carved, windswept mane. The sculpture is mounted on an integral rectangular base with a textured, faux-chiseled finish. One side of the base features the incised inscription PARTHENON MARBLES.
