A mid-century modern biomorphic art glass bowl with a dramatic asymmetrical form. This piece is attributed to Paul Kedelv for Flygsfors, Sweden, and is consistent with the Coquille series designs. The bowl is executed using the sommerso technique, featuring a lime green core encased in a heavy clear glass body, accented by a dark smoke-coloured base and rim. The organic shape features a high pulled wing on one side and a fire-polished rim. The heavy, weighted base provides stability to the elegant, flared form. No signatures or maker’s marks were identified upon visual inspection.
