A solid pine chest of drawers featuring a three over four configuration. The top row consists of three short drawers, with the central drawer being wider than the outer two. Below these are two tiers of two larger drawers. The unit is constructed from solid pine throughout, including the drawer linings and multiple-board bottoms. The drawers exhibit hand-cut dovetail joints at the front corners and are fitted with turned pine pull knobs. The chest stands on a continuous plinth base with a decoratively shaped front apron. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible.
