A contemporary knotty pine low bookcase or open display unit. The construction features a rectangular top positioned above a shaped, arched apron. The unit provides three levels of storage via two fixed-height shelves above a solid base. The back of the piece is comprised of vertical pine tongue-and-groove effect planks. It is finished in a golden-toned wax or varnish which highlights the natural grain and prominent knots characteristic of the timber. No maker’s marks or labels are visible on the piece.
