An antique 9 ct gold bar brooch dating from the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. The central design features a wishbone motif intertwined with a curvilinear, scrolling bar suggesting stylized organic or foliate forms. The piece is accented by two small, circular-cut green gemstones, possibly peridots or green paste, held in simple wire-work claw settings. It is fitted with a horizontal pin assembly on the reverse, terminating in a simple C-clasp.
