Official Niue Philatelic-Numismatic Cover (PNC) produced to commemorate the inclusion of tennis in the XXIV Olympic Games, Seoul 1988, featuring athlete Steffi Graf. The cover is franked with a single Niue 1.30-dollar postage stamp, cancelled by two Alofi, Niue circular date stamps (CDS) dated 20 October 1987, with First Day of Issue and Steffi Graf Tennis an Olympic Sport inscriptions.
Integrated into the cover is a 5-dollar legal tender coin featuring a portrait of Steffi Graf, inscribed French Open 1987 Champion and XXIV Olympic Games Seoul 1988. The cover includes a printed cachet with a silhouette of the player and is individually numbered 3847 at the top right. The foot of the cover is printed with the title Official Niue Philatelic-Numismatic-Cover and decorative stripes in Olympic colours.
