A small Victorian pedestal cupboard of one-piece construction, crafted from mahogany. The cabinet features a rectangular top with a moulded edge above a single cupboard door. The door is designed with a classic raised central panel and opens to a finished interior containing a single fixed wooden shelf. The piece is raised on a solid plinth base characterized by shaped bracket feet with a central arch cutout. It is fitted with a single cast-brass teardrop-style pull handle mounted on an ornate, foliate-decorated backplate, and the door is hung on two brass butt hinges. No maker’s marks, labels, or stamps are present on the interior or exterior of the piece.
