This late Victorian mahogany swing dressing table mirror, also commonly known as a toilet or shaving mirror, features an arched frame suspended between two vertical upright supports. The frame is adjustable and can be tilted via two turned wooden adjusting knobs. The mirror is mounted on a plateau base with a decorative serpentine front edge. The piece is constructed from mahogany and mahogany veneers. A lot sticker numbered 0027 is affixed to the front of the base. No maker’s marks are visible.
