The front panel features blue graphics, including the word ESCORT in a bold, block-style typeface and a stylized RS logo composed of horizontal stripes. Centrally positioned below the text is a line-art illustration of a Mk1 Ford Escort two-door saloon. The front panel is secured to the frame by four visible cross-head screws located at each corner. The top of the frame is fitted with two metal eye-hooks for hanging and a central black fixture. A black power cable emerges from the right side of the unit.
