A collection of miscellaneous decorative and utilitarian items. The lot includes a glazed earthenware commemorative decanter finished in a deep maroon glaze, featuring a transfer-printed scene of American Revolutionary War soldiers with a flag. It is fitted with a black stopper and bears an illegible gold-toned label on the shoulder.
The collection further comprises several pieces of studio stoneware finished in a dark brown metallic gunmetal glaze. These pieces, including a lidded pitcher, creamer, mugs, and a teacup with saucers, exhibit prominent horizontal throwing lines.
Also included is a large ovoid barrel-shaped earthenware vessel. The exterior is decorated with incised wavy lines above deeply carved foliate and floral patterns, finished in variegated shades of terracotta, brown, and orange glazes.
The lot is completed by two drinking vessels: a traditional ceramic beer stein with a hinged metal lid and blue and white figurative decoration, and a large metal tankard, likely pewter or a similar alloy, featuring a flat lid, thumbpiece, and an ornate S-scroll handle.
