This vintage medical anatomical wall chart, titled Organs of the Chest and Abdomen II, features two detailed illustrations of the human torso. Figure A depicts a third successive view (deepest section) from an anterior aspect, showing the major vascular systems, kidneys, and internal organs. Figure B shows the thoracic skeleton with relation to the chest and abdominal organs from a posterior view. A centrally positioned numbered key provides a comprehensive legend for the anatomical features illustrated. The chart is printed on heavy paper or card and is mounted to a dark-stained wooden hanging batten at the top edge. The artwork bears the printed signature of the artist, M. Röhl, in the lower left corner. Printed text in the bottom right corner identifies the sole agents and distributors for Great Britain and the Commonwealth as Adam, Rouilly & Co., 18, Fitzroy Street, Fitzroy Square, London, W.1.
