A set of architectural salvage components for a fireplace surround, designed in the Neoclassical style. The lot includes a long, plain rectangular mantel shelf and a matching pair of decorative corbels or trusses. The corbels are embellished with classical motifs, featuring a carved acanthus leaf capital positioned above a series of three vertical flutes. The outer edges are finished with a bead-and-reel style moulding. The components are constructed from a solid material, likely wood or a dense composite, and finished with white paint. A small auction sticker numbered 0057 is present on the top surface of the mantel shelf.
