This set of honey-amber coloured cut glass items is in the style of mid-20th century Bohemian or French production. The collection features deep-cut diamond patterns on the bulbous perfume bottles and the circular lidded jar. The rectangular tray and the lid of the jar are both decorated with large central multi-point starburst motifs. The glass appears to be of high lead content, showing sharp facets and crisp edges. One perfume bottle is shown with the stopper removed, revealing an integral glass dauber. No maker’s marks, signatures, or etched factory stamps are visible. There is some circular residue on the tray which may indicate the previous presence of adhesive labels.
