The figure is shown in a standing pose with hands on hips, wearing a detailed period uniform that includes a bicorne hat with a large ostrich feather plume, a grey-green jacket with gold-coloured epaulettes and several military orders, a broad salmon-coloured sash, and tight-fitting cream breeches. The figurine is mounted on a square white porcelain pedestal, which is set into a tiered, circular turned wooden base. On the front of the pedestal is a gilded mark featuring a capital letter N beneath a five-pointed crown, a mark traditionally associated with the Capodimonte factory and used for Napoleonic-themed porcelain.
