A static display model of a Great Western Railway (GWR) County Class 4-6-0 steam locomotive and tender, No. 1014 County of Glamorgan. The prototype was built in 1946. The model is constructed from die-cast metal and plastic components and is finished in GWR green livery with orange lining. The locomotive features a nameplate reading County of Glamorgan on the wheel arch and the number 1014 on the cab side. The tender is marked with the letters G and W flanking a central crest. The model is mounted on a black plastic display track base featuring a printed label which reads 1946: GWR 4-6-0 No. 1014 County of Glamorgan. The item is consistent with collectible part-work series such as those produced by Amercom or Del Prado. It is presented in its original clear plastic blister-pack packaging.
