A two-piece display cabinet of traditional form, designed in the Georgian reproduction style dating from the late 20th century. The upper section contains a single door with a large glazed pane, featuring wooden astragals arranged in a diamond lattice pattern. The interior is fitted with at least one glass shelf against a light-coloured back panel. The base section consists of a single cupboard door with a fielded rectangular panel, and the unit stands on shaped bracket feet. The cabinet is constructed from wood with a polished warm-toned veneer, characteristic of yew or fruitwood. Brass-toned metal escutcheons are fitted to both doors. No manufacturer labels or stamps are visible on the exterior of the piece. A small white auction lot sticker marked 100 is adhered to the glass door.
