An industrial workshop or artist studio specimen chest of drawers of one-piece utilitarian construction. The rectangular carcass is fashioned from utility wood or plywood and houses six long, narrow drawers. Each drawer front is fitted with two metal cup-pull handles, totalling twelve handles. The top edge of each drawer is numbered 1 through 6 in handwritten ink. Three weathered paper labels are adhered to various drawer fronts, though the printed text remains largely illegible. The exterior and drawer fronts are heavily characterful, featuring extensive multi-coloured paint splatters, dark staining, and various surface marks acquired through prolonged workshop use.
