A philatelic-numismatic cover (PNC) issued by Niue to commemorate the tennis champion Steffi Graf and the XXIV Olympic Games in Seoul, 1988. The cover features an inset metal coin with a face value of five dollars, depicting Graf in a tennis pose. The coin is inscribed with TENNIS OLYMPIC GAMES SEOUL 1988 – STEFFI GRAF – CHAMPION FRENCH OPEN 1987. A Niue postage stamp with a denomination of $1.30, also featuring Graf, is affixed to the right side of the envelope. The stamp is cancelled by two circular FIRST DAY OF ISSUE postmarks from ALOFI NIUE, dated 20 10 87. The envelope is printed with the Olympic rings logo, a stylized illustration of a tennis player, and the text Steffi Graf. A unique serial number, 384, is printed in the lower-left corner. The item is housed in its original commemorative envelope.
