The stand features a heavy, square-form base decorated with ornate cast scrollwork and symmetrical foliate motifs. A slender, textured shaft with a faux-bamboo design rises from the centre, terminating in a circular ring with four supporting spokes. The piece is surmounted by a heart-shaped loop handle for ease of transport. No maker’s marks or inscriptions are visible on the base or body.
