This collection comprises an assortment of decorative and utilitarian vessels. It includes a ceramic decanter commemorating the United States Bicentennial (1776-1976), with a red-glazed body featuring an equestrian graphic and a blue base inscribed with U.S.A. BICENTENNIAL. A large baluster-form vessel is finished in a reddish-brown tone with relief-moulded floral and foliate scrolls in the style of Chinese cinnabar lacquer. Also present is a group of items with a uniform matte black finish, consisting of a lidded canister, a small cream jug, mugs, and a cup with a matching saucer. Completing the lot are a ceramic lidded stein with a hinged metal lid and a transfer-printed heraldic crest, and a large cylindrical pewter tankard with a hinged lid and scrolled handle. No maker’s marks are visible from the images provided.
