The piece is constructed from horizontal wooden planks within an arched frame and features three-dimensional representations of a chef holding a platter, a wine bottle, and a goblet. The upper arched section is hand-painted with the text GOOD FOOD FINE WINE in black lettering. The wine bottle also bears a label with the same text and a small wine glass graphic. The plaque is finished with a dark-stained, scalloped base shelf highlighted with yellow lining. No maker’s marks or signatures are visible.
