A Stag Minstrel range mahogany-finish tall narrow chest of drawers, designed by John and Sylvia Reid for Stag Furniture. This British-made piece is constructed with dark mahogany-stained veneers over wood and features a configuration of six drawers. Each drawer is fitted with a centrally mounted circular brass-toned ring pull handle. The unit is supported by a plinth-style base with bracket-cutout feet. The chest retains an original manufacturer’s blue paper label on a secondary surface, which includes the Stag logo, a barcode, and the printed text 6 DRAWER TALL NARROW CHEST along with the identification code 213152.
