Description
A vintage soft plush doll of a golly character, constructed from mixed synthetic fabrics. The torso and limbs are made from long-pile plush in blue, yellow, and red. The head features a black fabric face with applied white and black circular eyes and a red fabric mouth. The hair is made of dark, curly synthetic fibre. The hands and feet are finished in black flat-weave fabric. No manufacturer labels or tags are present. The construction style is consistent with late 20th-century examples, including those attributed to Diane Jones or produced as promotional items.
