Description
This philatelic collection is housed in multiple volumes and containers, including a Stanley Gibbons GB Stamp Album and a Fanfare Stamp Album for the Stamps of the World. The Fanfare album is noted as containing 224 pages and 8 full-colour maps. Visible within the collection are various perforated issues from Vatican City (Poste Vaticane) in denominations ranging from L. 10 to L. 80, many featuring circular date stamp cancellations. Also present is a Poste Italiane Anno Santo MCML (1950 Holy Year) booklet and loose-leaf stock sheets containing issues from Lebanon. The lot includes a storage box containing a quantity of loose stamps, stamps on paper, and additional booklets. Issuing authorities represented include the UK, Italy, Vatican City, and Lebanon, among others.
