Description
A pair of unglazed white porcelain sculptural groups depicting The Three Graces, based on the neoclassical model by Antonio Canova. Each piece represents the mythological daughters of Zeus—Aglaea, Euphrosyne, and Thalia—standing in a circular embrace with draped fabric. The material is a matte, white bisque or parian ware porcelain, intended to simulate the appearance of carved marble. No manufacturer marks or signatures are visible on the exterior or bases of either piece.
Height: Approximately 20-22 cm.
