Description
A pine chest of drawers in the Victorian country farmhouse style. The piece is constructed from knotted pine with a light waxed finish. It features a vertical arrangement of five drawers of graduated depth. Each drawer front is decorated with a simple moulded perimeter and fitted with a pair of turned wooden pine knobs. The chest is supported by a plain plinth base. No maker’s marks, labels, or stamps are visible on the exterior surfaces. Internal drawer construction, including joinery such as dovetails, and secondary woods are not visible in the provided images.
