Description
A trio of industrial-style pendant light shades, dating from the mid-20th century. The collection comprises two shades with blue enamelled exteriors and one shade with a white enamelled exterior featuring remnants of green paint. All three items are constructed from press-formed steel with a fused vitreous enamel coating and feature white enamelled interiors for light reflection. Each shade is designed with an integral ventilated gallery at the apex to facilitate heat dissipation. The form is characteristic of factory or workshop lighting from the period, often attributed to manufacturers such as Benjamin or Revo, though no maker marks are present on these examples. Small adhesive inventory stickers are present on one shade. No electrical components, galleries, or fittings are included.
