Description
An Art Deco influenced wall mirror of triptych form, dating from the mid-20th century. The piece comprises a central circular mirror plate with a wide bevelled edge, flanked by two scrolling, wing-shaped side panels, also featuring bevelled edges. The glass components are mounted onto a dark-stained walnut-veneered wooden backboard. Decorative cast metal mounts depicting stylised floral and bow motifs are positioned between the central and side mirror sections. The mirror plates are secured to the backboard with small metal retaining clips. No maker marks or labels are present on the visible surfaces.
