Description
A professionally framed music memorabilia display featuring Elton John’s 1975 studio album Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy. The display is housed in a horizontal black wooden frame with an off-white multi-aperture mount. It contains three distinct elements. To the left is a circular graphic featuring the album’s central character as illustrated by Alan Aldridge. The centre contains an original 12-inch black vinyl LP with a yellow and green DJM Records label. The label identifies the record as a UK pressing, featuring the text Made in England and (P) 1975 This Record Co. Limited, with production credited to Gus Dudgeon. The right side features the full album cover art with the artist’s name Elton John in stylized blue lettering.
