Description
A small chest of drawers constructed from a light-coloured wood, likely pine, currently in a stripped or natural state. The carcass contains three graduated long drawers. The piece is set on a shaped plinth base with bracket-style feet. The drawer fronts are fitted with six dark-toned metal swing handles mounted on shaped backplates. No maker’s marks, stamps, or labels are visible on the exterior surfaces. The form and hardware are in the style of mid-20th century colonial revival furniture, such as the Ethan Allen 1776 collection.
