Lot 133:
Description
This mid-century modern modular base unit is finished in teak and dates from the approximately 1960s to 1970s. The piece is designed as a sectional component for a larger modular wall system. The layout includes a bank of two drawers to the left, each featuring recessed square handles. The central section consists of an open compartment with supports for an adjustable shelf. The right-hand side contains four fixed vertical dividers creating five slots for the storage of vinyl records. While the design and hardware are characteristic of Danish manufacturers such as Jesper, no maker marks are visible on the unit.
