Description
A set of four mid-century modern teak dining side chairs manufactured by G-Plan (E. Gomme Ltd). The chairs are from the Fresco range, designed by Victor Wilkins circa the late 1960s. Each chair features a rectangular back frame containing three interlacing arched back splats. The frames are constructed from teak with a medium-brown finish and are raised on four tapered legs. The drop-in padded seats have been reupholstered in a contemporary cream-coloured fabric decorated with a green trailing leaf and vine trellis pattern. A square red and gold label with the letter G and the word PLAN is present on the underside of the seat frame.
