A Royal Doulton bone china figurine titled Rhapsody, model number HN 2267, designed by Peggy Davies. The figurine depicts a young woman in a graceful pose, wearing a voluminous, multi-tiered sleeveless gown in shades of mid-blue with a lime-green sash. She holds a small cluster of pink and white flowers in her left hand. Her hair is styled in an elegant updo, and her facial features are hand-painted. The underside of the base features a green printed backstamp with a lion surmounting a crown above a circular emblem containing the words Royal Doulton and England, surrounded by the text Made in England and Bone China. To the right, the figurine is marked with the title Rhapsody, model number HN 2267, copyright date COPR 1960, and Doulton & Co Limited. Below this are four registration numbers: Rd No 898635, Rd No 40465, Rd No 8484, and Rd No 43/60. There is also a small hand-painted mark in green ink consisting of two vertical strokes above a V shape, and a small blue mark.
