A mid-20th-century Royal Doulton glazed bone china figurine titled Genevieve, model number HN 1962. The figure depicts a young woman wearing a voluminous, tiered coral-pink gown and a turquoise-blue hat. She holds a white muff decorated with pink and blue floral sprigs and ermine-style spots. The base features a green printed factory backstamp comprising a lion, crown, and roundel emblem, surrounded by the words Made in England, Royal Doulton, England, and Bone China. The name Genevieve is printed in script within quotation marks. Hand-painted marks in green script include the model number HN. 1962 and the decorator initials BH. This model was designed by Peggy Davies and remained in production from approximately 1941 to 1975.
