A mid-20th-century upright tabletop valve radio, model SUG26, manufactured by Bush Radio Ltd., London. The wooden cabinet features a book-matched walnut-veneered front panel set within a darker-stained outer frame. The interface includes a rectangular glass tuning dial positioned on the left-hand side, printed with various British and European station names, including Droitwich and London, alongside the manufacturer’s script logo. Four brown bakelite control knobs are arranged in a vertical column to the centre. The integrated speaker is housed behind a vertically ribbed fabric grille on the right side of the front panel. The unit is fitted with a standard power lead.
