A large folio-sized historical atlas titled The Times Atlas of World History, edited by Geoffrey Barraclough and published by Times Books Ltd. The volume is bound in publisher’s cloth and retains its original pictorial dust jacket. The jacket design features a classical stone sculpture in profile superimposed over a relief map of a mountain range. The title is printed in large serif capital letters vertically on the front cover and horizontally on the spine. This atlas is a comprehensive cartographic work containing numerous full-colour maps, diagrams, and historical data. A white rectangular auction lot sticker numbered 0369 is present on the lower right corner of the front cover.
