A framed limited edition commemorative philatelic souvenir sheet issued by the Isle of Man on 23 February 1982. The sheet commemorates Scouting Anniversaries, specifically the 125th anniversary of the birth of Lord Robert Baden-Powell and the 75th anniversary of the Scout Movement. It displays a complete set of five perforated stamps with denominations of 9p, 10p, 19.5p, 24p, and 25p, corresponding to Stanley Gibbons catalogue numbers SG 221 through SG 225. Each stamp is cancelled with a circular first day of issue date stamp from Douglas, Isle of Man, dated 23 FEB 1982, which incorporates a Scout fleur-de-lis emblem. The overall design features a large colour portrait of Lord Baden-Powell signed Kenneth Wynn and a series of Scout flags. The sheet is hand-numbered 41/1500 in the upper right corner. Printed inscriptions include Scouting Anniversaries, MADE IN ENGLAND, and FIRST DAY OF ISSUE. The souvenir sheet is housed in a glazed wooden frame with a gold-toned inner fillet.
