Framed philatelic presentation print commemorating the 75th anniversary of Scouting and the 125th anniversary of the birth of Lord Robert Baden-Powell. The item contains five Isle of Man postage stamps (SG 216-220) with denominations of 9p, 10p, 19 1/2p, 24p, and 29p. Each stamp is cancelled with a Douglas, Isle of Man, first day of issue circular date stamp dated 23 February 1982. The central colour artwork features a portrait of Baden-Powell and Scout flags, bearing the printed signature Kenneth Wynn. The piece is hand-numbered as a limited edition 471/950 in the lower right corner. It is housed in a gold-toned wooden frame under glass. Printed inscriptions at the base denote the first day of issue and place of manufacture as England.
