The printed warrant features a decorative rope border with various knot details, the scout fleur-de-lis emblem, and a large illustration on the left depicting a Boy Scout in full uniform holding a troop flag. The document bears the printed facsimile signature of Robert Baden-Powell above his title of Chief Scout. The manuscript sections are completed in black ink.
