A collection of 20th-century pressed iridescent glass, finished in a marigold colour. The group comprises various forms including a large circular centrepiece bowl featuring a sawtooth rim and deeply pressed geometric faceted patterns to the exterior; a cylindrical jar or biscuit barrel decorated with a hobstar-style star and diamond motif; two footed compotes of varying sizes with ruffled rims and starburst designs; an oval double-handled dish with a scalloped edge and vertical fluting; and additional small bowls, including one with a wide ruffled rim. The items display the characteristic metallic orange lustre typical of carnival glass production. No maker marks or factory stamps are visible. One piece is marked with a temporary white auction sticker numbered 0370.
