The piece is constructed with a warm-toned wood veneer over a manufactured board core, likely blockboard or plywood as indicated by damage to the edges. Each drawer is fitted with a pair of ornate, cast-metal swan-neck handles with decorative foliate backplates. The design features short cabriole-style feet and decorative floral scroll appliqué mouldings at the top corners. No maker’s marks, stamps, or labels are visible.
