A mid-century modern three-door wardrobe from the Librenza range, manufactured by E. Gomme Ltd under the G-Plan brand. The piece is constructed with tola (African mahogany) veneers displaying a rich reddish-brown grain. The three doors are fitted with vertical brass-toned metal bar handles, and the central door features a full-length rectangular mirror. The unit is supported on an ebonised black base with four tapered legs terminating in adjustable brass-toned levelling feet. The interior is finished in a light wood veneer and contains a full-width metal hanging rail. The interior of one door bears a gold-stamped maker’s mark reading E GOMME HIGH WYCOMBE G-PLAN and includes a paper retailer’s label for Times Furnishing. This is a one-piece unit.
