Description
Two vintage handmade Golly character dolls of varying construction. The larger doll is of soft-bodied cloth construction with black wool yarn hair and appliquéd fabric facial features. It features integrated clothing including a black and gold metallic patterned fabric top and orange fabric trousers with black fabric feet. The smaller doll is of hand-crocheted yarn construction with fringed black yarn hair and fixed yellow-tone plastic bead eyes. It features integrated crochet-work depicting red dungarees with crossover straps over a light blue shirt, with black yarn hands and feet. No maker’s marks or labels are present on either item.
The larger doll is approximately double the height of the smaller doll.
