Description
A leaded stained glass table lamp in the style of Tiffany. The domed shade features a scalloped lower edge and is decorated with a pattern of pink and peach-coloured roses amongst green leaves, set against a cream-toned geometric ground. The shade is finished with a blue and purple-toned wavy border at the rim. The shade sits upon a cast metal base, finished in a dark patinated bronze effect, designed in the form of a gnarled tree trunk with spreading roots at the circular foot. The lamp is fitted with a modern black electrical cord featuring an in-line thumb switch and a standard UK three-pin plug. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the shade or the base.
