A four-piece silver-plated tea and coffee service attributed to the F.B. Rogers Silver Co. The set comprises a tall coffee or hot water pot, a lidded sugar bowl, and a cream jug, all presented on a circular salver. The pot is fitted with a hinged lid topped with a cast floral finial and a scrolled handle featuring dark-coloured heat insulators. The accompanying circular tray is finished with a gadrooned border and a centrally engraved ground of foliate and scroll-work. No hallmarks or maker’s marks are visible on the exterior surfaces.
