Description
A vintage advertising mirror for Pears Soap, produced as a decorative reproduction in the Victorian style, likely dating from the late 20th century. The rectangular mirror features a central oval vignette depicting a woman in classical attire holding an infant, rendered in a monochrome blue palette. This central image is framed by a white lace-like scrolling border. The mirror glass is printed with the brand name Pears Soap in green lettering with yellow outlines to the left side. To the right side, the text reads A Specialty For Infants in matching green and yellow type. Vertically aligned along the right edge is the phrase By Far The Best in black serif type. The mirror is housed in a simple stepped wooden frame with a medium-brown stain.
