Description
A mid-century modern teak record cabinet and media unit attributed to G-Plan. The low-profile piece is finished in teak veneer and features a rectangular top surface over a three-section interior. The left section consists of an open storage compartment. The central section is fitted with five vertical gold-tone wire dividers designed for LP record storage. The right section contains a single flush-front drawer with a recessed finger-pull handle, situated above an open storage shelf. The unit is mounted on four twin-wheel castors for mobility. While the design is consistent with the work of British manufacturer G-Plan, no maker marks are present.
